Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product.
We will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable solution.
Due to the nature of personal care products (oils and soaps), we do not accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
If a return is approved, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
